Terms and Conditions
  • This offer is valid for new Change of Company Secretary clients who sign up with AsiaBC between 20 March 2026 and 30 April 2026 and successfully complete the Change of Company Secretary to AsiaBC under this campaign.
  • To be eligible, the client must not already have an existing Airwallex account at the time of sign‑up under this promotion, and the client’s Airwallex application must be submitted by AsiaBC via the designated sign‑up portal.
  • Airwallex account opening is subject to Airwallex’s own internal approval criteria and onboarding procedures. AsiaBC has no control over, and does not guarantee, the outcome or timing of Airwallex’s approval process.
  • Under this promotion, eligible clients must create an Airwallex card and complete a minimum cumulative card spend of US$500 (or equivalent in other currencies) on or before 15 May 2026.
  • For clients who meet all of the above requirements (including successful Change of Company Secretary to AsiaBC, Airwallex account approval and the minimum US$500 card spend by 15 May 2026), HK$1,500 will be credited by Airwallex to the client’s new Airwallex account on or before 31 July 2026. The rebate timeline is indicative only and may be subject to Airwallex’s internal processing schedule.
  • The HK$1,500 rebate is provided and fulfilled by Airwallex, not by AsiaBC. AsiaBC is not responsible for any delay, dispute, or non‑fulfilment relating to the rebate.
  • This promotion is limited to one rebate per eligible company and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used together with other AsiaBC or Airwallex promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
  • In case of any suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, AsiaBC and Airwallex reserve the right to disqualify the client from the promotion and/or cancel the rebate without prior notice.
  • AsiaBC and Airwallex reserve the right of final decision in relation to eligibility, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and all other matters relating to this promotion. They also reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice.
