  • This offer applies to both existing and new clients of Asia Business Centre (“AsiaBC”) who commit to using AsiaBC accounting or audit services for a full 12‑month period. It covers clients who either (a) renew their current AsiaBC accounting or audit services for another full year, (b) are existing AsiaBC clients for other services and choose to transfer their accounting or audit engagement to AsiaBC for 12 months, or (c) are new clients who engage AsiaBC for accounting or audit services for a full 12‑month term.
  • The company must be incorporated in Hong Kong for more than 10 months, meet all Aspire onboarding and compliance requirements, and have no unresolved KYC issues.
  • The campaign runs from 12 May 2026 to 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive).
  • 4. To qualify for the reward, clients are kindly asked to maintain or commence a 12‑month accounting or audit service engagement with AsiaBC and open a new Aspire business account with our assistance. (Please note: existing Aspire accounts are not eligible.)
  • Qualifying clients will enjoy a HKD 3,000 cashback reward credited to their new Aspire account, once they top up at least HKD 15,000 within 30 days of activation and maintain the balance for a minimum of 90 days.
  • Cashback is normally paid during the 4th week of the month after the 90 day maintenance period has been successfully completed, following Aspire’s internal processing.
  • Each eligible company can receive only one client reward under this campaign, regardless of how many services are renewed or Aspire accounts are opened.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other Aspire cashback or AsiaBC promotions, and the reward is non transferable. It is provided solely as a rebate credited into the qualifying Aspire account and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
  • AsiaBC and Aspire reserve the right to cancel or claw back the reward if the renewal is cancelled or shortened, if the Aspire account is closed, suspended, or does not meet the qualifying criteria, or if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.
  • All Aspire onboarding, KYC and account decisions are made solely by Aspire. AsiaBC is not responsible for any approval, rejection or closure of Aspire accounts.
  • AsiaBC is not the provider of Aspire’s products or services and is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from the client’s use of Aspire. Clients should read Aspire’s own terms and seek independent advice if needed.
